TLPG members have come together as a response to the pace of change in the legal market and the need for the profession to be able to effectively respond to the range of pressures facing it, and hence to be able to rapidly source a wide range of high quality, reliable and effective support services.

The ability of TLPG to provide a range of integrated support services, together with their experience of the profession and their reputation for delivering quality services and solutions provides the busy partner in practice with the key to addressing their many and varied management needs.

Members work alone or in conjunction with each other to provide the full range of professional and business support services as required. With advisers in finance and accounting, sales coaching and training, management training, research, risk management, recruitment, retention and HR support and practice strategy and performance review the LPG is able to effectively meet all of the profession’s needs, offering confidence in quality and convenience in sourcing the necessary support when it is most needed
